Hot green chili or hot red chili! No matter what is its color, we all should be careful when chopping them. But the fact is we usually don't care of it and chop them with bare hand. Chili pepper is a very common ingredient added during preparation pf any veg or non veg food. Many of us prefer to avoid chili where as it is literally favourite to
many people just because of its hot and spicy flavour. Green chili is
eaten cooked or raw. You can make chili sauce using green chili pepper. When green chili is dried, it gets the color dark red. This red chili
can be eaten by directly adding to the food during preparation.It is
used to make red chili powder which is actually a spice to be used to
seasoning the food. Both the chili pepper is used for making sauce. But
if you consume red chili pepper, be it raw or cooked or sauce, it will
cause inflammation and pain in your stomach.

Chili pepper powder is used to make pepper spray that is widely known as a defensive weapon. The active ingredient in pepper spray is Capsaicin which is made of dried red chilis. If you spray is in front of anyone, the chemical compound would irritate the eyes of that person to cause temporary blindness, followed by tear, pain, difficulty breathing, runny nose, coughing etc.
